Wet Dog

On last week when I gave Bailey his first bath, he enjoyed it.  But because he got caught out in the rain on yesterday and got a little dirty, I decided that he needed another bath.  So I filled his bath bin this morning with warm water, lathered him up with his doggie shampoo…………and he acted as if I was killing him.

Again, last week he loved bathing, but this week he hates it.  And as I toweled him off, he gave me a look like, “Don’t think one minute that I’m gonna forget about this, heffa!”

all the dogs we ever had hated water. it was like a full out battle to give them a bath

He is a cutie. He reminds me of my dog Onyx when I first got him at 6 weeks old. Now Onyx the Shih-Tzu/Mutt passing for a full-blooded Shih-Tzu is 3 years old and it is highly likely that he is possessed by the spirit of that damned Chuckie Doll in the movies. I might have to blog about him one of these days for my own personal safety ;)

Awww. He’s too cute. I wonder why animals act like that sometime. Le sigh. Too bad they can’t talk. I know my cats and me would have some really interesting conversations.

he is absolutely adorable. lol… that’s weird. nala is the same way now. she started off loving baths, was excited to get them. now, she’s just like reese, they loathe them and are rather vocal about it.bailey is definitely a keeper. too precious.
