How do you go from winning $100,000 in a settlement last year, to losing your house this year? My brother’s next door neighbor’s house is up for foreclosure. What I fail to understand is how this could happen? I mean I know how it happened. He didn’t pay his mortgage, but why the fuck not? That’s what I want to know!

You won a personal lawsuit on last year of $100,000+, yet you don’t pay your mortgage? And what da hell did you spend it on, because I don’t see anything new at your house. You’re still driving the same SUV you’ve been driving for over 5yrs. There’s no new furniture in your home. No new appliances or electronics. You don’t have any kids, so there’s no child to support.

Where did the money go? Just blew it all away, and nothing to show for it. Now I see why your wife divorced you. You are just plain stupid.

I’ve seen folks blow multi million dollar payouts entertaining people and forget to pay for their home or taxes or invest or sock anything away. Not smart, but it happens.

i love your new layout even though I might be late as all heck since I haven’t been blogging for over a month. As a banker, alot of the times the bank statement will tell the entire story. I don’t want to speculate, but some people just have bad addictions (gambling, strip clubs, etc) or he made horrible investments and lost it all in this economic downturn. who knows, but it doesn’t a whole lot to lose $100k before or after taxes if you’re not vigilant and wise with your finances.

i gotta agree with TJ, one of my friends back in the day a few years ago had like the upwards of almost $500k that they were inherited because of a death in the family or something, but they ran through that money in 3 years and had nothing to show for it but a jeep and a pair of earrings, lol.

maybe he spent his money on…. maybe sneakers? or maybe he popped like……50 bottles at a nightclub?

Amadeo, he’s not a crack user. In fact, he doesn’t even smoke. I just think he mismanages his money. On what, who knows.

That’s some serious mismanagement. Although it’s not hard to blow 100 large - it’s not the easiest task in the world esp. if you don’t have any serious expenses.
