Personally, I thought it was a bit corny actually. I didn't even know there was a name attached to that "fashion." Its sort of like the baseball caps. Brothas used to get on my case (and just recently too) about my removing the 59/50 sticker from the cap part of my baseball hats. I hate those stupid tags hanging off of the mesh and the silver peelable emblems that they keep on the brim. When I see those, I have this compulsion to go to their hats and remove those stickeys.
