Did we really see what we saw at the end of tonight’s episode? As we’ve already seen previously, everything isn’t always what it seems to be. But wow, what a wild ride, huh? Anyway, let’s recap, shall we?

Isaac starts shooting at Peter because he feels that Peter is responsible for Simone’s death. Peter turned invisible and ran off. A couple of FBI agents speak to Nathan about exposing Linderman by going undercover. Peter witnessed this as he was invisible, and started to see his brother in a different light. Nathan told Peter to go to Mohinder because he was working on a cure, and would be able to help Peter out. Nathan also said that he would make an anonymous phone call telling the police about Simone’s death, leading them to Isaac.
Hiro tries to enter the Linderman casino, but is stopped by the guards, who throw him out. He asks Nathan to help him sneak in, which Nathan does. Hiro then goes to the curator of Linderman’s private museum to deliver the painting of him and the dragon. When the curator leaves to get a receipt, Hiro searches for the sword, and finds it, but is caught by the curator. The curator triggers a security alarm, and a security guard comes and knocked the curator unconscious. The guard is Ando, who had followed Hiro, and taken a job as a guard at Linderman’s casino. With the sword back in their custody, Hiro and Ando teleport out of the casino and into the future on the rooftop of the Deveux building after the nuclear explosion. The charred remains of New York are shown.
Jessica leaves a picture of Nathan on her pillow, which is found by DL, and that makes him suspicious/jealous. In the meantime, Nathan coordinates with the FBI agents who have planted a wire on him so that they can get Linderman to incriminate himself. Jessica enters their room after Nathan leaves, and kills them. She then meets up with Nathan, but by this time, Niki had taken over. She warns Nathan, and tells him that the FBI agents are dead, and that Linderman knows a lot more. She asks Nathan to knock her unconscious and take her gun so that he can kill Linderman. Nathan confronts Linderman, pointing his gun at him. Linderman tells Nathan that he knows that Nathan can fly, and about Peter, and others that are special. He also tells Nathan that he can be in the White House in two years, but all this will not be possible if Nathan kills him. Nathan lowers his gun.
Thompson questions HRG, but was unable to get any information. Behind a one-way mirror, Matt confirms that HRG was telling the truth. HRG goes home and discovers that his wife knows the truth, and he starts confiding in her. Candice comes to his house regarding another assignment. They fly to New York to see Isaac, where they find the police about to Isaac’s apartment in order to find Simone. Candice takes on the shape of Simone and fools the police, thereby saving Isaac. HRG flies back to his family in Texas. He speaks to his wife, again confiding in her, and then, it turns out that it was Candice masquerading as Mrs. Bennet. Thompson and a couple of other agents take HRG away.
Claire and the Haitian drive aimlessly until the Haitian calls someone and to get fake passports and international tickets, to leave the country with Claire. However, Claire ditches him at the airport, and leaves to find Peter Petrelli. At Peter’s apartment, Mama Petrelli opens the door and invites Claire in, telling her that she is her grandmother. The Haitian is already at the apartment.
Mohinder drugs Sylar using tea laced with curare. Mohinder reads a newspaper article stating that Zane Taylor was found dead, and hence became suspicious. Mohinder hooks Sylar to an IV of Curare, so that he is unable to use his powers. Mohinder then extracts some of Sylar’s spinal fluid. He tells him, “This is going to hurt’” and then uses it to solve the gene sequencing puzzle. He states that he would now be able to identify anyone who was special. In the meantime, unbeknownst to Mohinder, Sylar stopps the IV using telekinesis, and once the effects have worn off, frees himself.
Peter goes to Mohinder’s apartment, and doesn’t find anything. Near the wall, a drop of blood falls on him. He looks up, and sees Mohinder nailed to the roof with kitchen utensils. In an dying voice, Mohinder warns Peter about Sylar. Sylar appears and pushes Peter to the wall using telekinesis. Then he uses telekinesis to start slicing open Peter’s forehead. End of show.
Now, here’s what made me mad about all of this excitment tonight. The show won’t be back on until April 23rd. Ain’t that a bitch? We have to wait over a month for the series to come back. Talk about torture.
