And I thought I had problems with my next-door-neighbor. Check out the preview for Lakeview Terrace. This movie makes my neighbor problems look like a walk in the park. Kinda reminds me of Unlawful Entry, but with a racial twist.

How do you go from winning $100,000 in a settlement last year, to losing your house this year? My brother’s next door neighbor’s house is up for foreclosure. What I fail to understand is how this could happen? I mean I know how it happened. He didn’t pay his mortgage, but why the fuck not? That’s what I want to know!
You won a personal lawsuit on last year of $100,000+, yet you don’t pay your mortgage? And what da hell did you spend it on, because I don’t see anything new at your house. You’re still driving the same SUV you’ve been driving for over 5yrs. There’s no new furniture in your home. No new appliances or electronics. You don’t have any kids, so there’s no child to support.
Where did the money go? Just blew it all away, and nothing to show for it. Now I see why your wife divorced you. You are just plain stupid.
A Little Too Quiet

I’m almost certain that my next door neighbor is into some illegal activity. Possibly drug dealing. She moved in next door 2 years ago, has 3 kids, and keeps to herself. Doesn’t try to get to know the other neighbors. Even when you see her in the morning warming up her car to go to work, she never speaks. Everything is quiet and mysterious. You don’t even hear her kids playing indoors and/or outdoors.
But once every week, always on a Thursday night, there are a lot of people visiting her home and always driving expensive vehicles. They never drive the same vehicles twice. And even if you see her visitors outside, they never speak to you either. I’m assuming that Thursday night is the “re-up” night and they don’t want to cause suspicion to their activities.
And yet, staying quiet does cause suspicion. I’m telling you, there’s something going on over there! Other neighbors are starting to notice as well. I wonder if we should call a block meeting in regards to this matter?
